I've been able to recreate an aromatherapy formula based on an amazing Australian Sleep Formula that I found success with down under. It included an essential oil for diffusing, a pillow spray and a body oil.
I used Nascent Naturals "Sweet Dreams" formula in the following recipe:
*4 drops Nascent Naturals "Sweet Dreams"
*2 drops bergamot
*2 drops ho wood
*2 drops blood orange
I combined these with 2-3 ml of polysorbate and then added distilled water to create a pillow spray. I use a few drops in the above formula in an aromatherapy diffuser.
